When you use Email Delivery lookup and find a row with subject "OCS: Offer from Club" with notice as delivered
but you can't find the email in your Inbox, it might have been moved to another folder.

At this point we have found information how to search for it in Gmail. When we find similar info for other provider's

Search in Gmail

To find an email that was delivered but isn't in your inbox, bypass your main view entirely. Open your Gmail Account and
search in:anywhere offers@rmr.vstarvolleyball.com in the top search bar.

Missing emails are usually hidden due to organizational settings or accidental archiving. Follow these steps to locate them

Click on More in the left-hand menu and select All Mail. Messages accidentally archived bypass the inbox but remain here.

Go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. Ensure a rogue filter isn't set to "Skip the Inbox (Archive it)" or "Delete it"
when receiving mail from offers@rmr.vstarvolleyball.com

If you use Gmail's categorized tabs (Promotions, Social, Updates), the email might be resting there instead of the Primary tab

Search in Hotmail

Should be the same or similar for Hotmail, msn, Outlook since they are all Microsoft.
We have not had a chance to to verify this yet.

To locate a delivered email that isn't in your Hotmail (Outlook.com) inbox, first use the main search bar to check your entire account.
If it's misplaced or caught by a filter, searching is the quickest way to find

Use the following specific checks to locate the message:
  • Type the sender's name or a keyword in the search bar at the top, and ensure the drop-down is
    set to "All Mailboxes" or "All folders"
  • If you use Focused Inbox, toggle between the Focused and Other tabs at the top of your message list
  • Check the Junk Email or Deleted Items folders on the left panel. The email may have been incorrectly flagged
  • Go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Rules. Check if you have any active rules unexpectedly moving
    incoming messages to a specific folder
  • Click the Filter or Sort button above your inbox to ensure your emails are ordered by Date and are
    not hidden by other criteria

Search in Yahoo

To find a missing email in Yahoo Mail, use the search bar at the top with keywords, filter for the sender or subject,
or manually check your Spam, Trash, and Archive folders. You can also submit a Yahoo Restore Request if it was deleted in the last 7

Advanced Search

  • Click the Advanced icon (the sliders) inside the search bar to narrow your results.
  • You can filter by Keyword, Sender, Subject, Date Range, or Attachments.
  • Note: Search results do not include emails in the Spam or Trash folders

Check Hidden and Deleted Folders

  • Spam Folder: Sometimes legitimate emails get filtered here by mistake. Open it and click Not Spam if you find it.
  • Trash Folder: It may have been accidentally deleted. Move it back to your inbox by selecting it, clicking Move, and choosing Inbox.
  • Archive Folder: Check here as this folder removes emails from the inbox view without deleting them

Review Filters and Blocked Addresses, If emails keep disappearing, an accidental rule might be moving them:

  • Go to the Settings gear icon > More Settings.
  • Check the Filters tab to see if an unexpected rule is moving the sender's emails to another folder.
  • Check the Security or Blocked Addresses tab to ensure the sender hasn't been blocked.

Submit a Recovery Request. if you believe the email was deleted, Yahoo can sometimes restore messages lost in the last 7 days

  • Go to the Yahoo Help Center and click Send a Restore Request.
  • Select the time frame when the email went missing and submit the form.
